Ohana Ranch provides an authentic and picturesque backdrop for your special occasion. We've thoughtfully equipped our venue with everything you need to create a memorable event, from the rustic barn to essential amenities and stunning natural beauty.
The Rustic Barn & Essentials
Our working cattle barn boasts full power, a refrigerator, industrial cooler, and a chest freezer for food storage. Rustic bistro lighting drapes from exposed beams, creating a warm ambiance. We also have a planned gravel or concrete floor update for enhanced comfort and versatility.
Furnishings & Tent Setup
Your event includes 200 white Titan Pro resin chairs, seating for 160 guests, and 25 rectangle tables. A spacious 40x21 tent with window walls and a clear ceiling is also provided, along with a 24x24 maple dance floor.
Outdoor Beauty & Prep
Our 70-acre property offers stunning scenery and endless mountain views, perfect for ceremonies and memorable photo opportunities. Access to our home basement is provided for bridal prep and indoor photography, ensuring a comfortable space for getting ready.

After hosting our first wedding in July, we are excited to officially open our event space for bookings beginning May 2026 through October 2026. We invite you to experience the magic of Ohana Ranch and create your unforgettable celebration in this one-of-a-kind setting.
Booking Essentials & Policies
To ensure a seamless event, renters must carry event liability insurance, hire a licensed SafeServe bartender, and provide portable restrooms. Dry camping (no hookups) is included for guests, with ample on-site parking. Quiet hours begin at 11:30 PM, and general clean-up is required. Our competitive 3-night rental access (example: Friday–Sunday) is available for $5,000.
